Well Women is a women-only functional fitness class at Awaken Fitness Collective designed to help you build strength while honoring how women’s bodies were designed to work.
This is intentional training that prioritizes pelvic floor safety, breath awareness, and strength that grows in a sustainable way. At Awaken, we would never want you to push through discomfort or ignore your body’s signals. We spend time helping you intentionally learning how to move well, lift with confidence, and feel supported in every season of life.
Our women-specific classes are designed to work together, supporting strength, mobility, and nervous system regulation through different forms of movement.
At Awaken, our women’s offerings include:
● Well Women, a women-only functional fitness class with a strong emphasis on pelvic floor safety techniques
● Reform Flow, a Pilates and yoga fusion class designed to balance strength training with mobility, control, and restoration
● Irenic Floor, a focused pelvic floor breathing and bracing class that helps women reconnect with their deep core

In Well Women, we focus on:
● Coordinating breath with movement
● Managing pressure during strength work
● Choosing loads and movements that support long-term health
● Teaching techniques that translate into daily life
That includes conversations many women have been told to ignore.
If you leak urine during exercise, jumping, coughing, or even in daily life, you don't have to live with that. It is common, especially after pregnancy, but it is also a sign of pelvic floor dysfunction, not something you are meant to live with forever.
Our goal is not to normalize staying stuck there.
Through intentional coaching, breath work, and progressive strength training, we help women improve coordination, support healing, and regain confidence in their bodies. Over time, many women experience better control, reduced symptoms, and trust in their movement again.
