Our Well-Women classes are tailored to meet your schedule, with sessions at 8:45am, Monday through Friday, as well as 2pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. These sessions provide a unique opportunity to focus on your health and well-being, exercise safely with an emphasis on protecting your pelvic floor, and get your workout done in a welcoming and supportive environment.     Introducing REFORM, your new cornerstone for core strength, flexibility, and mindful movement. This 30-minute mat-based Pilates class is meticulously designed to ignite a deeper connection between body and mind, ensuring a concentrated burn that targets specific muscles with precision and care. Perfect for those who seek to refine their posture, enhance mobility, and elevate their overall fitness, REFORM offers a unique blend of classical Pilates principles and contemporary mat exercises.

    Held in the serene ambiance of our studio, REFORM sessions are available Tuesdays and Fridays at 6am. A powerful way to incorporate Pilates into your weekly workout routine.

    Our Open Gym, exclusively available to our valued monthly members, provide a unique opportunity to take control of your fitness journey. From Monday to Friday, between 7am and 8:30am, and Tuesday/Thursday from 10am-2pm, our fully equipped facility is yours to explore. Whether you're looking to fine-tune your workout routine, focus on specific movements, or simply enjoy some quality gym time on your terms, Open Gym is the ideal choice.

    Please note that Open Gym is available exclusively for our monthly members. Punch cards and drop-ins have their designated slots. It's just one of the many perks of being a part of our AWKN fitness family!
